Staff: Chelsae Christensen

Chelsae Christensen, Professional Mentor “Friend”, has worked with children of the community for 7 years. She has been able to student teach at Chubbuck Elementary School, assess preschoolers, observe preschool curriculum use, daily substitute, long-term substitute, and be a teacher’s aide within district #25, district #381, and district #148. Before she found a love for teaching, she was delighted to find her best friend and forever love Spencer who has continually supported Chelsae in her endeavors while creating a lovely family along the way. She and Spencer are currently raising 2 children while teaching them the joys of being curious, creative, and adventurous with a passion for reading. Chelsae worked hard to achieve an Associates of Arts from CSI, then furthered her education by achieving a Bachelor of Arts Elementary Education (k-8) Degree from WGU. She has been able to help children with unique circumstances and hopes to continue her passion by building strong foundations for children’s futures while creating experiences to strengthen their individualistic character traits and interests.

Her hobbies and interests include bike riding, camping, baking, cleaning, family movie night, science experiments, as well as open-ended play.
