Staff: Micah Timbana

Micah Timbana is an enrolled member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and a Social Work student at Idaho State University. Growing up in Eastern Idaho has played a big part in shaping Micah and her career path. Her experiences growing up have given her a strong passion for helping others and supporting children and families in her community. Micah believes that having someone who listens, encourages you, and believes in you can make a lasting difference in a child’s life. She looks forward to bringing her passion for Social Work, her own experiences, and her connection to the community to Friends of the Children to help make an impactful contribution towards her community and youth.
